Illegal Parking in W. Jakarta Still Rampant

Although the officers have repeatedly conducted raid, yet the existence of illegal parking in West Jakarta is still rampant. Evidently, it can easily be found under JORR W1 Toll Road and Jalan Kamal Raya near Seribu Ruko area, Cengkareng.

Head of Supervision and Control Section for West Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, Imam Slamet disclosed that his sub-department has repeatedly held raid against illegal parking in Seribu Ruko area and Jalan Jembatan Lima. "Unfortunately, it cannot give deterrent effect," he admitted.
He added, to deploy personnel in illegal parking-prone areas, it cannot be done due to lack of personnel. "That's why we just do raid in the field as temporary precaution," he finished.
